The URaws raw is from the TV broadcast. The TV broadcast is super heavily censored. Doki has been using the webstream broadcast since the webstream broadcast has been uncensored. The only two webstream broadcast raws out right now are really really bad quality, so Doki is waiting for better quality uncensored webstream raws.
